General Environmental Training
We offer multi-media environmental training, specializing in the most common regulations that affect the largest number of Texas industrial and commercial operators.
EPA's Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Rule and TCEQ's Industrial Stormwater Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP; TXR050000) are two common regulations that require employees to receive appropriate annual training.
Specific Short-Courses Offered
- SPCC and stormwater general training (4 hour course).
- Stormwater sampling and laboratory analysis (4 hour course).
- Texas waste permitting, management, and reporting compliance (4 hour course).
- Qualified Individual (QI) training according to US Coast Guard (USCG) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements per the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90).
- Custom training scopes per individual client needs.
